1. New products and more
Introducing effortless Payout
Our latest product: Payout, is designed to help you scale and simplify your global payment operations. By eliminating the complexity of managing multiple payout providers and methods worldwide, Payout lets you manage your entire payout strategy through a single API integration. With Payout, you get:
- One API, global access: Easily integrate with multiple payment providers and simplify your payout processes.
- Unified payins and payouts: Manage all payment operations from one platform, reducing the need for multiple systems and speeding up your time to market.
- Lower costs, less maintenance: Significantly reduce ongoing costs for integration, maintenance, and transaction processing.
Smart Routing by Yuno
Smart Routing, powered by Yuno’s intelligence, empowers merchants to automatically route payments through the most efficient channels, optimizing performance by delivering the most efficient routing with minimal intervention. Smart Routing offers you:
- Data-driven precision: Smart Routing uses geolocation, payment type, and provider costs to tailor routes for higher approval rates and lower fees.
- A/B testing for improvement: Easily A/B test routing strategies in real-time, splitting traffic between providers to find the best processing options.
- Personalized settings: Prioritize routes by conversion rate and latency or conversion rate and cost to find the best processing options.
Monitors to ensure seamless payment processing
Monitors is a new product that safeguards your payment flow by detecting anomalies and automatically rerouting transactions to backup providers, ensuring stability during critical events. With customizable settings and detailed alert views in the Audit Logs section, Monitors help you minimize revenue loss and maintain top-notch service, even during provider outages.
Split marketplace
We've added the functionality for merchants to easily split up payments between different recipients. This is especially useful for marketplace models, where a transaction needs to be divided among different sellers or stakeholders. By utilizing this functionality, merchants can define how the payment is split, including the amounts, recipients, and any applicable fees.
Required fields in checkout for a smoother payment experience
The Required Fields section is now live in the checkout builder for all merchants! This feature allows you to customize which fields users must complete for each payment method, enhancing both compliance and user experience. Simply navigate to each payment method’s settings to add or remove fields, including those required by providers.
SDK enhancements
We now have two new SDKs, ready for use!
- Flutter SDK: Tailored for merchants with applications built on Flutter, this SDK is now available to streamline your integration. Merchants can benefit from a smoother development experience, with features designed specifically for Flutter.
- Seamless SDK: This SDK simplifies the integration process, requiring just one SDK call and one API call to create a payment while replicating the end-user experience for the SDK lite. It’s designed to significantly reduce integration time and development effort.
2. Coverage
New integrations: payment methods and providers
This quarter, we introduced more than 20 new integrations to our platform, further expanding access to innovative payment solutions across diverse markets.
Highlights include Koin Pix Parcelado for flexible installment payments in Brazil, along with the addition of Pinbank for Pix. We now support multiple financial institutions powered by Inswitch in Latin America, and enhanced capabilities with Nuvei, including Efecty for Colombia. Additionally, we’ve introduced Fintoc, Inovio, Pluxee (available in Brazil, Panama, and Colombia), PSE Avanza con Mercado Pago and Xendit QRIS, enabling seamless transactions tailored to local market needs.
Following the release of our Payout product in November, we’ve focused on expanding coverage with new providers such as PayPal, Ecommpay and Unlimint. Furthermore, we now offer the option to tokenize card data through Paypal, enhancing security and efficiency for your payments.
These additions strengthen our commitment to offering both international and local payment options, empowering your business to drive your growth and expansion across key regions.
New exciting partnerships
We also announced several partnerships to reinforce our commitment to innovation and payment excellence. Through our collaboration with Mastercard, we bring the Click-to-Pay solution to merchants worldwide, enabling faster and more secure checkouts that reduce cart abandonment. We also partnered with Google Pay to offer businesses seamless integration with one of the world’s leading digital wallets, ensuring secure, cross-platform transactions to expand merchants' global reach.
In LATAM, we partnered with ProntoPaga to empower businesses across Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Brazil, and with PicPay to offer e-commerce platforms access to over 36 million active users in Brazil, providing flexible payment options like PIX and QR-Codes.
Lastly, we’ve also teamed up with Kount to integrate advanced fraud detection, identity verification, and regulatory compliance into our tech stack.
3. What’s new in the dashboard?
Generate receipts for canceled transactions
You can now request a receipt for a canceled transaction, providing a confirmation that the canceled transaction was sent to the provider.
New charts to better track performance
The today’s performance review chart offers an overview of key metrics such as total sales, successful payments, and conversion rate, comparing the current day's performance to yesterday’s. This helps you track and understand payment trends while improving the quality of the information presented in the home section.
You’ll also find a new chart in Insights, displaying the latency trends of different providers. This chart shows providers' response time at the P99, giving you valuable insight into performance over time.
Enhanced routing condition set reordering
We've improved the way you reorder Routing condition sets. Conditions can now be reordered both from the tree view and from the list view. Now it’s much easier and faster to decide the evaluation order of conditions. This change makes the user experience significantly better.
Declines groups across multiple accounts
You can now create Decline Groups that work across multiple accounts! This allows you to reuse Decline Groups created in one account in other accounts where needed. It will save you time when creating your routing strategies during setup and configuration.
