## About Vibra

Vibra is the fifth-largest company in Brazil and the country's leading fuel distributor. Its ecosystem spans more than 7,500 Petrobras service stations, over 1,500 BR Mania convenience stores, and more than 1,600 Lubrax+ oil change centers. Connecting it all is Premmia, the loyalty program for Petrobras stations — relaunched as a mobile app in 2019, when it also became a payments app.

## The challenge: growth brings friction

Payments inside Premmia took off fast. Thousands of new users started paying through the app, with double-digit month-over-month growth in both transaction volume and new customer acquisition. But growth brought new challenges: securing transactions at scale, improving approval rates — especially for first-time users — and offering customers every new payment option available.

New-user approval rates hovered around 50%: half of all first impressions ended in a declined payment.

## The solution: orchestration and data

Vibra partnered with Yuno to transform the entire payment experience within the Premmia app. With Yuno's orchestration, Vibra brought more payment providers into its operation, used data to route every transaction intelligently, and unified the customer journey across its ecosystem.

## The results

- New-user approval rates rose from 50% to 80% — a real improvement of more than 30 percentage points.

- Apple Pay, Nu Pay, and Google Pay launched in record time inside the Premmia app.

- New users become loyal customers, enjoying a better payment experience at Petrobras stations.

> For us, payments are about more than transactions — they're about the end customer's experience with our app.
— Moises de Souza, Payments Manager at Vibra

Vibra continues to build the future of payments and loyalty in Brazil alongside Yuno.
